Good speakers.
This is a good product, the sound produces by these speakers are very impressive but it doesn't come with a sound adapter so that we'll be able to hear the sound from all the speakers.

Rubbish Customer support from Creative
Customer Service - nil point

My wires got damaged when some bloke broke into my house and messed things up. He damaged the wires, the jacks. Odd speakers don't work now.

I tried very hard, but the customer service lines were never answered, and emails sent were never replied to.

Actual performance of speakers - 3/5

That was a long time ago. I am now desperately trying to find some speakers that are better rated. Performance wise the speakers are good! Although quite tinny sometimes, you barely notice because they are so loud. They're nothing classy but good enough.

Conclusion

Buy some speakers that aren't made by creative.
