Waste of money1
These agreements are not practical for a real holiday let. For example, they require two copies for each let, one for the "landlord" and one for the "tenant". According to the notes, the term can run for up to 3 years, which seems unlikely for a holiday.

These may be useful if you want to pass off a longer term rental as a holiday let, otherwise I don't see any use for them.

Of course, legally I am sure these are absolutely watertight, and perfectly suited for the designated purpose. IANAL
