We seem to have an obsession with the abs and also there are a number of books claiming that you can have them in a record amount of time. This one claims six weeks workout.
As she says fab abs are a trademark of a fit body which is something very few of us have.
I know what when I had a very bad back problem my stomach muscles were very poor indeed. For no other reason than that you should work on your abs to help prevent back problems
It is a three pronged attack. Most of us think it is just hundred of sit ups or crunches and that will do the trick. She claims in nine minutes every other day you could get fab abs. Also you have to do 20 minutes cardiovascular exercise five times a week. This will burn fat.
You also have to follow a sensible eating plan. Most of our problem is fat. No amount of crunchies will do the trick on its own
She goes on to claim that if you follow the programme that you will see a visible difference.
A good little book and I am sure if you follow it, it will work. Well set out and illustrated. What she recommends is not impossible even for someone who claims they are very busy
