A clear and well laid out referance aid for w.t.f students.
A must for all t.k.d students.All sections are coverd in enough detail to help as a guide, but avoids getting bogged down in so much detail as to confuse. One-step and free sparring techniques are varid and will be of use to most beginer and intermidiate grades, but the most usefull item is the patterns section. All kup patterns are shown in great detail,and all moves are shown in photo form,and some from reverse angle.A few technical items are now out of date (sparring rules ect...), but overall well worth looking into.
