Product Description

You have a choice in life. You can sputter and stumble and creak your way along in a process of painful, slow decline -- or you can take charge of your health and become a human dynamo. And there is no better way to insure a long, pain-free life than performing the right daily combination of joint mobility and strength-flexibility exercises. In this book, Russian fitness expert Pavel Tsatsouline shows you exactly how to quickly achieve and maintain peak joint health -- and then use it to improve every aspect of your physical performance. Only the foolish would deliberately ignore the life-saving and life-enhancing advice Pavel offers here. Why would anyone willingly subject themselves to a life of increasing pain, degeneration and decrepitude? But for an athlete, a dancer, a martial artist or any serious performer, this book could spell the difference between greatness and mediocrity.

Read 'Super Joints', become Super Man!5
I am a practising martial artist, and the discipline that I practice, Tae Kwon-do, requires not only a great degree of flexibility in the leg muscles, but enormous suppleness in the joints (particularly the hips).

After reading many other flexibility books and from my own personal training, I formerly believed that I had what many would call a very large range of motion in my legs. However, after reading P. Tsatsouline's 'Super Joints, I was immediately amazed with the results.

I slid into the box splits with greater ease and with very little effort in my warm up; I performed thousands of repetitions of different kicks every workout without the aching in my knees that was all so familiar. My ankle joints became much stronger, which was very beneficial to my breaking techniques.

This book is a God-send. It helped me to develop and hone my skills as a martial artist and athlete to the a level which I, and many others, had never before witnessed.

Are you a budding martial artist? Are you a passionate athlete? Then buy this book. I can't put it simpler than that!

Overpriced with too much blank space2
Pavel's books are full of blank spaces (he'll fill the top half of a page with a photograph or type and then leave the bottom half blank). He also uses large type and spaces deliberately in order to make the books longer than they need to be.
His kettlebell excerises are very good for the back, shoulders and hamstrings, although you should ignore his advice about not warming up beforehand (I've injured my shoulders by not warming up). As for "Super Joints" and "Relax into Stretch", I found them hugely disappointing. "Super Joints" is basically a collection of warm up exercises/claisthenics that you'll find in a dozen other books at a lower price. In summary-use his kettlebell techniques (with caution) and ignore the rest.

Pavel Tsatsouline's super adverts and super fonts1
I found this book a waste of money, Pavel Tsatsouline seems to care more for advertising his products (with a 3rd of this book being adverts) rather than delivering a worthwhile book as said on another review its just large font and pictures.
total waste of money far more information can be found on the internet for free.
