this book gives you the ins and outs of his training, what part, how heavy and what to do and not to do.
this covers all parts fo the body, some information about the man himself and some questions everyone asks.
if you want to get a workout from someone who has been there and done it all not once, not twice but 8 times then this is the book for you.
i highly recomend this book, for inspiration or even just new ideas. best if your thinking bout getting into the sport of body building you cant go far wrong with this
