straight forward and effective5
This workout is pleasing to the eye and to the body! The scenery is spectacular compared to a stuffy studio and the excercises really work on the muscles in your abs and arms to exhaustion. Because this workout is challenging i will be able to grow with it therefore completing more sets of repitions as i get fitter and stronger. The abdominal work is tough but just looking at how trim and toned claudia is will having you crunching even more! I highly recommend this tape and combined with the Perfectly fit lower body workout it's the ideal body toner.

A Classy, Chilled Out Workout.5
Having bought and used a lot of exercise videos, both new and old, I really found this one a breath of fresh air. Its so chilled out and calming, with no loud annoying americans trying to gee you up, and an excellent relaxing soundtrack. Perfect for working out in the evening time. So many other videos are blatantly low- budget and cheesy, this one has stunning background scenery, and has been fimed and compiled in a really artistic, classy way. You'd never know that it was made so long ago.

The exercises are far from easy for a beginner, and at first, when she asks you to "pulse" (i.e. do the exercise faster), I rested then continued when the pace slowed again. They're effective exercises, though, because I was able to keep up with Claudia after a few weeks! Because the pace of the workout is relatively slow, and invloves a lot repetitions, it's not the kind of video you'd want to use every day, it would become boring. But you can always combine it with the Lower Body workout and some other cardio exercises to keep it interesting.
Prior to first usage, this video should be watched through, because the instructions for the exercises are given after you are supposed to have begun doing them, in the long- run, this is actually a big advantage, because when you know what you're doing, you don't have to stop and wait for them to finish explaining it every time. Overall, an excellent workout for the abs and upper body, buy it!!!

EXCELLENT5
This is an exceptional celebrity workout video and it doesn't matter that it was first released almost a decade ago. Dannii Minogue recently said that it is the only workout video that she owns and that it is the only one that any one needs. the video is great for beginners and so motivating. Enjoy!
