If this DVD was free I still wouldn't want to own it!!!
What a complete waste of money. Really short "routines" that are badly shown on screen and not explained at all. The booty section was particularly awful (ironic considering this is publicised using a vague link to Beyonce Knowles- she sure didn't get her bum using these moves). The Fab Abs section showed little regard for back safety and seemed to come from an era when it was fine to do high impact aerobics bare foot on concrete floors. I am overweight and unfit but I didn't even break a sweat doing this DVD. When we got to the chill out section I couldn't work out why it was needed- it didn't seem like any effort was required at all! I am lazy when it comes to exercise, so this DVD must be dire. No results guaranteed! The nutrition advice is dull and old news too. No stars from me- do yourself a favour, avoid this DVD at all costs. Buy "pump it up" instead- it's longer, infinately more professional and has decent music (hard work but it will hold your interest beyond 5 minutes). Oh, and the moves in this DVD have as much in common with dancing as my figure does with Kate Moss's!

i dont usually review things that i have bought on amazon, but i feel it is my duty this time! this dvd is the worst excersice dvd ever! (and ive bought a few!) the exercises are badly explained and will not even warm you up let alone build up a sweat or get your heart going, the presenters are cheesy and wooden at the same time. It really is a complete waste of the money you would spend on it, no matter what your level of fitness this dvd will not improve it and the dietry advise at the end is just basic common sense. Do not buy!!

This DVD is slow, boring and pointless. It shows you a few moves, then you put them altogether in a dance routine. The music is WAK and it dont make you feel like dancing to it. They shoud not relate Destinys childs, Beyonce, to this dvd at all. (She is mentioned on it)It does not reflect her dancing in anyway, just a good marketing icon. Oh and the girl that is on the cover thats meant to 'look' like Beyonce, she is just lame as! Only decent thing is the diet advice but then most of us know the basics. Cheers
