Fun, Fun and annoying
My favorite is the dance helen workout. She is good as an instructor but is quite lighthearted and makes the excercise fun. It is a good workout with some good toning sections. I've done it more than 100 times and still havn't got bored of it. It has some classic cheesy music to it aswell.

The Nadia workout is also good. This time Nadia is in the background and a hunky instructor guides you through the latin style moves. Plenty of hip shaking and dreaming that you were dancing with him and not realy at home! This is a fun contrast and quite a workout for your hips and thighs if you're not used to working out those areas.

The Jade one is as annoying as everyone says. Its a shame she is presenting it- there are some good dance routines that are fun to work through but I wish you could turn jades voice off. She didn't seem to be into doing it either- but as its in the box set it makes a nice change if you do it with the sound off.

Only Nadia's workout is not a waste of money
Jade: She is definately the least suitable person to present the workout. She did not do, neither explained the movements well, and skipped the difficult parts ... let only the boys at the back do it! The boys are great, though. If they presented the workout (without Jade), I'd definately do it more often.

Helen: Same as Jade .... waste of money.

Nadia: Fun! Great! Although Nadia is not good at it, she had an instructor to show, explain and leads the workouts. This DVD makes it up for the first two.

within a day or two i was trying to give it away and NO ONE wanted it
finaly got someone and they gave it back 2 days later

ended up in a charity shop and still there

Its plainly terrible
Dont be took for a mug and keep you pennies or just give your coins away and save a headache
