Philips HP3631 300W InfraCare Lamp
Delivery of the item was as promised and was well packaged with no damage.

The Philips HP3631 300W InfraCare lamp instructions are not as good as they should be for this type of therapeutic appliance. I would have expected separate and clearer more detailed instruction on using the appliance instead of the instructions being lost in the instructions on general description, cleaning and replacement parts.
Having said that the InfraCare lamp does what it says on the box and I would recommend this appliance to anybody that suffers with joint pain.

Brilliant product
Amazingly easy to use, very quick results for pain relief and can be moved around to target pain where needed. I would recommend this to anyone, such a good buy. Light to move about and the timer goes up to 99 minutes so you can decide on how long you need the lamp on for. I find that a couple of 15 minutes blasts each day really help with the aches and pains. Nearly all the family have used it so great value for money.
