Synopsis
Take the celebrity approach to keep fit with The Allstar Workout and tone up, lose weight, or simply improve your general wellbeing. Introduced by Oscar nominee Kate Winslet, the programme features a variety of workouts each presented by a different celebrity (24 in all, including Patsy Palmer, Melinda Messenger, and Jo Wiley). Personal trainer to the stars Efua Baker is on hand to dispense advice, making the four week training plan more manageable. Of course, no fitness plan would be complete without a guide to healthy eating, provided here by celebrity chefs Gordon and Tana Ramsay.

I love it!!
I've bought fitness DVDs before and I get so bored, watching the same celebrity do the same routines. This one's FANTASTIC. You're jumping up and down with the Hollyoaks girls one minute and lying on the floor with Melinda Messinger the next.... and you're certainly working out.. I was shattered and certainly very sweaty after the Buster workout. The celebs are all also really down to earth and you feel like you're laughting along and learning the steps with them. One of the No Angels girls even laid on the floor giggling at one point!!! A REALLY FUN WORKOUT... beats the gym anyday!!

Got the DVD this morning as a pre-order and having watched it once I love it. It is so nice to have lots of different celebs presenting the workouts rather than just one - as in all the others I have bought. There is lots of variety so I don't think I'll get bored. The tips are great fun and Gordon Ramsay's bit with his wife is full of good eating ideas and very funny.
All that and it helps the charity. Every woman should buy one.
For once i wasn't bored!
I have tried many celebrity DVD's over the years. this is the first one that i have not been bored with. you have a 5 minute warm up then you have to do the body buster section, which takes about 20 mins. from there you are taken to a menu where you can choose from a number of diffeent excerises, depending on what area you want to work on. they all last 5 minutes. Then to end it all there is a 5 minute cool down. Because you can pick and choose, and you know that each section isn't very long, it makes you feel better and more motivated. The celebrities aren't the main focus in it, which is good, but you can tell that they haven't had much tarining so they get it wrong too, which is so refreshing! One of the Hollyoaks girls hardly got any of it right! finally, because you can pick and choose you can alter how long your workout is. so if your like me and haven't got much time it's brilliant.
