I love it!
I found this workout very seductive and fun to begin with and I thought when my mum brought this fitness DVD, she said it was boring but I didn't think so anyway! I like these girls. They are awesome! Aithough I like the aerobic section with Emma and the Luscious legs section with Gemma!

I really enjoyed this workout and I feel like I want to do it again and again!

think this is great!
i found this quite hard to begin with but im def getting the hang of it. as theres no instructers in this dvd and just the "high street honeys" they sometimes forget to tell you a new move is coming in, but the moves arent hard or complicated, and i always sweat! once youve done it once or twice you remember moves anyway. the music is great! all chart music. has some extras like "meeting the girls" but i wasnt insterested in all that. they dont say how many times a week you should be doing this but all in all, this is def one of my fave dvds!
