Gym Quality Product
It does exactly what it says on the tin...its a punchbag. Quality is excellent just like in a boxing gym. Very good price too 30% cheaper than competitors. Personally I didnt opt for extra chains or wall bracket, just used 1.5 metres of rope doubled up and tied it to a rafter in the garage which does the job perfectly (and means no DIY). Ensure the rafter can take it though, the 4ft bag weights 22kg.
Working out on this bag for 15 minutes is like running hard for an hour. Its a great buy. I had been a bit bored with excercise but this bag has put a bit of real enjoyment back into it.
Mitts are probably necessary unless you fancy yourself as a bare-knuckle boxer!

Very Sturdy, Great Weight, Good all round Bag
This is a very good bag, as stated in the title its very sturdy and can take a beating, the weight is ideal for me, weighs 25kg and is great for all round use, boxing or martial arts, easy to hang from just the 4 D rings and a length of rope if you dont fancy buying the hook for it, overall im pretty impressed

High-quality product, particularly for the price
I bought this to keep in shape over the winter months, and it's everything it says it is. -Very strong and durable - robust straps and metal loops - Very heavy, so there's no chance of it over swinging. I'd recommend the BBE bag mitts too, because after about 5 mins of bare-fist boxing it starts feeling like a sand bag because its so densely packed. The mitts are way better quality than they seem in the picture, nice maroon leather, so great value too. If you don't have a ceiling hook or wall frame, it's not provided, so order one with it. Neither are the chains but they are definitely not needed. except they probably look pretty cool.. I'd highly recommend this product. It seems to be of real professional quality and cheaper than the others, plus the postage is cheaper (and it's viable for Amazon prime), so stop browsing, your search is over!
