Excellent piece of equipment
I was initially reluctant to buy this bracket due to the price, but if you use Super Saver Delivery it is well worth the price. It's a very strong and sturdy piece of kit, it weighs a fair bit too!
In all, this is THE solution to a non-ceiling mounted way of supporting your punch bag. Although I seriously suggest you use a sturdy wall and a decent set of raw plugs!
