Easy Abs
Excellent piece of equipment. Really noticed the difference after using it for only 2 weeks. However after regular use over two weeks the stiching to the seat has started to fray a little and i fear that i will only be getting another few months usage before i fall through the seat. I bought it on special offer at £25 so not to bothered about the fraying but if id paid the full £100 price id be wanting my money back or a replacement. I am 14.5 stone with the equipment having an 18 stone user limit so maybe this chair would be more durable for the lighter person.

IF your really lazy, this is the perfect sit up machine!!!
Because of my back problems, I got this through recommendation. This has been great, I can really feel my abs exercise, however you very limited to 2-3 exercises, but after a while it seem very light and easy. Plus, My one came with a VCD, showing the exercise routines for all levels.

The only problem I had with the piece of equipment was that there was no instruction manual for putting it together. It was relatively simple to put it together, but would have been easier with instructions. It does fold down well for easy storage, you just have to remove the resistance straps to do this. It is a bit heavy, but it is meant to hold 17-18 stones. It supports throughout the entire motion, which is great! No more jurky movements and hurting your back or neck.
