just very very good with minor flaws
good intructions, talks you through every move, shows the move several times slow and fast
tips to every move, writen out safety tips are given after every move
overall the intrsuctions and moves are wonderfully explained so that it should be possible for everyone to perform the moves correct and savely.
however as with all advanced moves training is the key
minor flaws:
the most anoying background musik in the history of ever
menu handling not ideal as you don't get a section where you can choose to view any individul move, it's just not well sectioned of. and as with every poledance DVD the way theybuild up from 'easy' to 'difficult' is not always true i find, as everyone is diffrent and some moves might be easier for some and more difficult for others and vice versa.
but overall just great. however the musik anoyed me soo much that i can't give 5 stars
