Tastes awful
I have generally used Maximuscle Promax Meal Bar - Chocolate, which to be honest taste very nice. I thought I'd go for the Cyclone cos it's got creatine and glutamine in it and it's about the same price.

Big mistake!

They taste awful and I've still got a box of another 11 to get through - urggh. I will not be buying these again. Stick with the Maximuscle Promax Meal Bar - Chocolate flavour it tastes way better

Not just the taste
It is not just the awful taste of this product, but its texture too, ugh, it's like eating clay, it makes me gag!

Maximuscle's Progain Flapjacks however are delicious.

Content maybe good but it tastes rubbish.
These were actually the first type of meal replacement bar I tried from Maximuscle and I was not impressed. They tasted so bad and unless I really did take lots of water with them they would cause me to get a headache. I thought that maybe all Maximuscle bars would taste similar but I am please to say that I am wrong. I recently tried a Promax bar they were infinitely better. Tasted good and no headaches!
