Easy as pie5
The shaker is a must for anyone using protein shakes.

Simply add the product then liquid. Insert the strainer and screw the lid on tight. Invert and give the shaker a sharp tap o loosen the product and begin shaking.

Shake. Shake some more then shake a bit more. If you leave it a couple of minutes then re-shake you'll get a smoother shake and fewer 'bits' left in the shaker.

Definately far easier than a pint glass and a fork!

It doesn't leak - what more do you need to know?5
This is a great shaker which you can use for any drink you like although the removable mesh grid that fits in the top makes mixing up shakes of any variety very easy.

It's bigger than I thought, but made of very solid plastic. The lid screws on very well and feels extremely secure and solid. The cap over the mouthpiece clicks on very securely. This is the part i thought would be the weak link, but it's fine.

A simple but effective item and it's a little cheaper than direct from Maximuscle - which is always good!

Shake, Rattle & Roll3
This is certainly an amazing product. I followed the instructions, filled it with my own preferred mix of rosehip syrup, treacle, garam masala and grated beetroot. However, when I added a bottle of Newcastle Brown to the mix, shook it, shook it....and shook it some more....the result was devastating. (Perhaps, on reflection, I should have used Pale Ale). If truth be known I can't say I've lost much weight, but if nothing else I won't have to re-do the roughcast render on the rustic kitchen walls for a few years. An understated godsend for reluctant D-I-Yers everywhere.
