The Life Fitness X7 cross-trainer is probably the most advanced cross-trainer in the world. You can choose the stride length that is comfortable to you with just a push of a button. If you want to target different leg muscles during your workout then try the Leg Sculpture Mode. This automatically changes the stride length every two minutes from Walk, Jog, Run and Sprint and then back down again. At the same time the lower display flashes the targeted muscles being worked. ItÕs the lowest impact elliptical available. The pedals flex as you move, absorbing any impact to lower muscles and joints. The pedals are as close as possible providing the most natural feel and the machine is whisper quite at all times. Comes with the advanced console which is ideal if you want a little more variety with 10 programmes, telemetric monitoring and a race mode.
