Not worth the money
Made little difference to body fat or weight, even combined with diet and exercise. A waste of money.

Finally! Something that works!
Now I have tried a few things to try and lose weight from patches to other fat metabolizers and it didn't work. However I saw this and thought I'd give it a go. 2 weeks after using it and I have already dropped 7lb!

Now I know realistically that the body changes weight by 2.2lb daily and I weighed myself in the morning when I'm probably at my lightest. Still thats awesome going! I have so much more energy now that I actually do exercise to combine with it.

Ok so heres what I have been doing so far.
Take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 pills before lunch. Then eat a controlled meal... no chocolate, lots of "complex carbs" such as wholeweat/ whole grain bread, pita, cereals (they make sure the energy you take in doesn't turn to stored fat in short terms).

Then an hour wiifitting or just turn on some music and dance with weights. Also take plenty of water and try and reduce your caloric intake to about 1200-1400 (really depends on what you normally eat) though I was suggested not less than 1000 (then your body will try keep more fat for longer!)

So far none of these exercises are exhausting me... and I'm working up a sweat..in fact I feel pretty healthy!!

Now the pills can be used on their own though Bio Synergy's website recommended to combine it with exercise and healthier eating for the best effects. However I am very impressed with the outcome... Even though its only been two weeks, its given me that extra boost I needed to seriously work out. Especially given the fact that I am new to the fitness thing and I haven't done any exercise before this except for shopping!

If you take the maximum of 4 pills a day your probably looking at a 45 day supply. Haven't seen any downsides yet...

You're throwing your money away!!!
Waste of money, waste of effort, waste of time. There are much better thermogenic fat burners on the market that work....i guess you get what you pay for!! My advice, dont bother with this product. Disappointing :(
