cheap but flimsy
The push up pro grips do the job but ive only had mine a week and already one of them is starting to get stiff and they both seem to leak grease. I do not think they will last long! having said that they really do work your muscles alot better than a normal press up and put less strain on your wrists!!

Bargin !
I have seen this product in my local sports shop on sale for £30,it is a true bargin at the Amazon price. It is exsactly as discribed, comes with instructions, delivery was just a couple of days so all in all gtreat product.

press-ups
I use it 2-3 times a day, and they do the work. You can feel your chest and arms being worked out. It does not make you go massive like in the gym, but helps with shape.
