you can really feel it doing something!
i bought this machine because i am a student and can't afford a gym membership, plus i have a bad case of thunder thighs!. i was impressed with how quicky it arrived and it was easy to set up, it took me like 10 miniutes. you have to be carefull getting on but once you do its a really easy exercise, and its true that you can only really do it for a miniute at a time because it gets difficult and it starts to hurt lol, but i try to do it 3 times a day. you can feel it alot in the muscles between the thighs! the only problem with it is that as i live in a student house on the middle floor my friends can here it above and below, they say its very loud so its probably a good job that i only do it in short bursts. i havent really had it long enough yet to see results yet plus ive lost 20 pounds before i got it so my jeans are baggy anyway but i think im going to invest in a tap measure. i think this is really good for the price plus it folds away, i just wish it was quieter...or that my housemates didnt complain so much!
