	Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo - Energize! [DVD] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £1.43 Not quite as tough as the Get Ripped series but still very good
	MTV Pilates [DVD] Buy used from: £9.70 Short workout but really works your abs.
	MTV: Pilates Mix [DVD] [2004] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £5.06 This is better than MTV Pilates as its longer but only available for Region 1 at the moment.
	Geri Yoga [DVD] [2001] Buy new: £7.98 / Used from: £1.99 This was my first Yoga dvd. Feels slow at first but improves flexibility more than any other workout. Amazing!
	MTV Yoga [DVD] [2002] Buy used from: £11.99 Advanced yoga. Great fun once you've mastered Geri. Only 45 mins though.
	Antonia Kidman Yoga [DVD] [2002] Buy used from: £9.71 Similar to MTV yoga. Advanced Ashtanga yoga
	Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up - High Energy [DVD] Buy new: £14.88 / Used from: £4.99 My absolute favourite dance workout. No stopping to learn steps, it's fast paced so you don't get bored
	Body Sculpt With Kirsty Gallacher [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £11.28 / Used from: £0.58 A tough workout. Mixes cardio with strength training. Similar to Isabella Power and Davina but my favourite of the three.
	Davina: Power of 3 [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £12.48 / Used from: £4.90 Good workout. Mixes cardio with strength training.
	Isabella's Power Workout [DVD] Buy new: £11.77 / Used from: £1.19 Loved it at first but gets boring after a while lots of squats and lunges and not enough cardio.
	Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up - The Ultimate Beach Body Workout [DVD] by Pump It Up! Beach Body Buy new: £13.77 / Used from: £5.98 Not as hard as Hi Energy but it's lots of fun and still keeps your heart rate up more than other dance workouts
	Ministry Of Sound: Pump It Up! The Ultimate Dance Workout [DVD] by Pump It Up! Buy new: £14.48 / Used from: £8.98 I still go back to this even though I prefer Pump it Up Hi Energy as a dance workout, this probably raises your heartrate just as much.
	Angela Griffin Dancemix Workout 2 [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £7.68 / Used from: £2.47 A fun workout for a day when you don't feel like pushing it or if your just starting out. The abs section is quite tough though!
	Coleen McLoughin - Brand New Body Workout [DVD] Buy used from: £7.39 Lots of short sections makes an hours workout. Surprisingly tough!!!
	Charlie Brooks - Before And After Workout [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £10.97 / Used from: £5.49 Dance moves are a bit boring but the cardio is tough and great abs section at the end.
	Carmen Electra Workout [DVD] Buy used from: £17.64 Each dvd is short so best to buy this value pack. Some fun moves in 1, 4 and 5 though not really fat burning. 3 is awful and 2 is a toning and strength workout
	Kate's Cardio Combat [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £13.08 / Used from: £4.99 Good workout. Quite tough.
	Bollywood Workout [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £4.68 / Used from: £2.99 Good intro to bollywood dancing
	Geribody Yoga [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £12.88 / Used from: £1.93 Really stretches your muscles. If you want to be flexible get this
	Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo 4 - Abs And Glutes [DVD] [2001] Buy used from: £8.99 Only 30 mins but your abs and glutes will really hurt the next day.
	CherFitness: A New Attitude [VHS] [1991] Buy used from: £1.68 Not out on DVD unfortunately. Best abs section ever and the legs section is really tough.
