	Mirrormask [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £4.68 / Used from: £3.48 A visually unique movie, full of interesting imagery and wonderfully imaginative ideas. Well worth a watch for fans of fantasy movies.
	Delicatessen [DVD] [1991] Buy used from: £5.95 A superb French black comedy, with humour and style in the way that only they can do.
	Sunshine [DVD] [2007] Buy new: £4.78 / Used from: £1.29 A beautiful, imaginitive and well-directed sci-fi movie. The plot goes a little bit mad, but this is still a great movie, and British to boot!
	Matchstick Men [2003] [DVD] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £0.99 An intelligent, well-plotted and superbly acted feel-good movie. Cage is superb as an OCD sufferer.
	Memento [2000] [DVD] Buy new: £4.88 / Used from: £1.79 Magnificently plotted, superbly acted and superbly filmed, this is a quiet modern classic.
	This Is England [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £2.34 Harrowing, moving, interesting and shocking, this is a great piece of filmmaking.
	Dog Soldiers [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £4.88 / Used from: £1.00 The best werewolf movie since The Howling, with a healthy dose of humour and action.
	Dark Water [2003] [DVD] Buy new: £5.98 / Used from: £3.00 One of the best horror movies of recent times. Chilling, well acted and with some moments which will make you jump.
	My Neighbour Totoro [DVD] Buy new: £6.48 / Used from: £6.01 Just a lovely, lovely movie. Beautiful animation, great characters and a feel-good little story. Brilliant for people of all ages.
	Fearless [DVD] [2006] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £0.98 A superb Jet Li movie, with excellent action and some thought-provoking moral questions.
	Breakdown [DVD] [1998] Buy new: £3.88 / Used from: £2.10 A surprisingly decent thriller with a good plot and well-acted. Worth checking out.
	Serenity [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £2.97 / Used from: £1.00 Possibly the best sci-fi action movie since the original Star Wars trilogy. Also check out the outstanding prequel series, Firefly.
	Hellboy [DVD] [2004] Buy new: £13.08 / Used from: £0.01 A big, stupid, fun and knowingly absurd comic book movie. Better and more enjoyable than most massive-budget alternatives.
	A Perfect World [1993] [DVD] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £3.20 Excellently acted all around, a touching and sad story of a convict with a heart.
	Children of Men [DVD] [2007] Buy new: £19.59 / Used from: £0.75 A wonderfully directed and chillingly plausible vision of a dystopian future.
	Chasing Amy [DVD] [1997] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £1.70 A bittersweet rom-com about jealousy, lies and finding that special someone. Probably Kevin Smith's best film, in my opinion.
	Best In Show [DVD] [2001] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £1.69 A tremendously underrated comedy slightly in the vein of Spinal Tap. Well worth watching.
	Kiss Kiss Bang Bang [DVD] [2005] Buy new: £4.98 / Used from: £0.01 A sharp and witty comedy showing that Downey Jr. and Kilmer can still be great. Also has a surprisingly interesting plot.
