A-maz-ing. Just A1. This book is the tops!
This book changed my life! Say goodbye to insecurity and self doubt! With this and his his earlier book I felt directed by a master of helping people reach their real potential. Luciani helped me blast away issues such as exaggerating difficulties, self sabotage, procrastination and time wasting. Luciani compassionately understands that one's issues might be rooted in painful childhood experiences but thinks that painful emotional archaelogy rarely achieves much. Instead he has a simple easy approach that is enjoyable to read. Luciani showed me that in place of fear I have courage and resolve. Luciani focused me and through his books enthusiastically pep talked me into running after and realising my dreams.
PS For those who like therapy. You don't need to consult Luciani - he would say this himself I think - excepting very serious psychological conditions - all the therapy an ordinary basically normal person needs is bottled in these amazing books.
Feel free and relieved for the first time
If (like me) you have been looking for books on self-help, because you need something to wake you up or calm you down... I think you will get a lot of help from this book.
It doesn't tell you about Karma or ways of life, or the stars, the forces of nature or how to shape you to conquer more.
It does 3 things I was looking for a long time - it identifies the problem, relates with it (tells you things that will remind you of your own situations) and then gives a slap on your bottom and tells you how to get going.
I have been looking for a long time for such a book.
At least, you should give it a chance if you are feeling depressed or anxious for some time now... you will feel relifed and liberated. And it's just so simple...
Let go of control
WOW!!! I some how managed to slip this book into my case when going on holiday, (not the sort of thing I normally read on holdiay) and believe me I couldn't put it down, I was gripped from the first page. This book gave marvelous insights to parts of my personality I had tried to keep concealed for years.
Spending much of my life trying to be in control and very afraid what would happen if I wasn't.
For once I was actually listening to my very insecure negative inner child and she was lead the way in a life of "what if's" and "mind reading", my child was doing the parenting oh my god, but not any more, it will be a daily vigilant battle with her but it is getting easier - but is she sneaky, just when she thinks I am doubting myself off she goes with her constant stream of drivel. I have listened to her for 33 years and now I have had enough - I am doing the parenting now not her.
Get this book if you suffer from any insecurity, self-esteem problems, anxiety or depression it is an absolute must.
