very interesting read
this book opens your eyes into how we live our lives. ive read the book to the end but still read over certain parts as it is packed with information. A very positive book.

Fantastic!
What an inspiration! Finally, a self help book that I didn't give up on after a few chapters. The mix of Sue's own life experience and her research makes this book a very uplifting read. I'm going through a bad patch in life and this book has turned my grey days around. I am going to re-read this book straight away.
