Amazon.co.uk Review
If you like your humour broadside up, hold the subtlety, you'll want to nurse this Hangover with your best mates. The ensemble cast meshes perfectly--it's like a super-R-rated episode of Friends: silly, slapstick, and completely in the viewer's face. When four pals go to Vegas to celebrate the imminent nuptials of one of them, they partake in a rooftop toast to "a night we'll never forget." But they're in for a big surprise: their celebration drinks were laced with date-rape drugs, so when they awake in their hotel room 12 hours later, not only are they hung over, but they can't remember what they did all night long. Oh, and they're missing the groom-to-be.

The film is so cheerfully raunchy, so fiercely crude, that the humour becomes as intoxicating as the mind-altering substances. The standout in the ensemble is Zach Galifianakis, who is alternately creepy and hilarious. Ed Helm (The Office), in addition to his memory, loses a tooth in uncomfortably realistic fashion, and Bradley Cooper (He's Just Not That into You) has deadpan comic timing that whips along at the speed of light. "Ma'am, you have an incredible rack," he blares to a pedestrian from the squad car the guys have "borrowed." "I should have been a [bleeping] cop," he tells himself approvingly.

Director Todd Phillips brings back his deft handling of the actors and the dude humour that worked so well in Old School, as well as the unctuous Dan Finnerty, memorable as a lounge/wedding singer in both films. But it's the nonstop volley of jokes--most cheerily politically incorrect--that grabs the audience and thrashes it around the hotel room. Just watch out for the tiger in the bathroom. --A.T. Hurley

DVD Description
From Old School director Todd Phillips comes a comedy about a bachelor party gone very, very wrong. Two days before his wedding, Doug (Justin Bartha) drives to Las Vegas with his best buddies Phil and Stu (Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms) and his future brother-in-law Alan (Zach Galifianakis), for a blow-out bachelor party they vow they'll never forget. But when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning with pounding headaches, they can't remember a thing. Their luxury hotel suite is beyond trashed and the groom is nowhere to be found. With no clue about what happened and little time to spare, the trio must attempt to retrace their bad decisions from the night before in order to figure out where things went wrong, in the hope of finding Doug and getting him back to L.A. in time for his wedding. But the more they begin to uncover, the more they realize just how much trouble they're really in.

Definately the best kind of Hangover5
Four guys head to Las Vegas for a bachelor party, only to wake up the next morning with the world's biggest, nastiest hangover, missing not only their memories of the night before, but also missing the groom, Doug.
I know this film isn't out on dvd yet, as it has only just been released in UK cinemas, but I HAD to recommend it, because it is just THAT good. It is definately the funniest film I have seen in a long time and I will definately be buying it as soon as it is released!
The film follows the guys efforts to make sense of their hazy memories and find the groom, by following various clues from the night before(what could the tiger in the bathroom possibly mean? :P)
A highlight for me was the character of Alan (played by Zach Galifianakis), who is the bride's socially- inept, ecstasy-loving brother. His character is seemingly slightly unbalanced, but ultimately well-meaning, and you actually start to feel for him as he begins to discover the delights of having friends and being part of his very own little 'wolf-pack' (his words, not mine).
Also along for the ride is Stu, a dentist ("not a doctor!!!"), whose uptight girlfriend believes he has gone to Napa Valley for some sort of wine tasting trip (nothing like a healthy relationship based on lies and psychotic controlling tendencies).
Next we have Phil (played by Bradley Cooper) a married schoolteacher who doesn't seem to like kids or his marriage. For Phil, Vegas is the ultimate escape from his surburban hell (which he is keen to impress upon Stu, who is considering proposing to his long-term girlfriend. Phil is the one with the marriage 'experience' ; something he is more than happy to escape from for a few days. After all, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... right??
The film may sound like the typical 'drunk fools making idiots out of themselves, puking and falling over themselves' type of film, but it is so much more than that. It is a laugh-a-minute type of film and although some scenes and characters do come off slightly predictable (in particular, the asian mob boss with the annoyingly high-pitched voice and an 80 grand score to settle), there are too many completely random and hysterical events going on, making boredom impossible. Watch it now! Trust me, you won't regret it :)

A truly hilarious comedy4
I went to see this based on recommendations from pretty much everyone I know and I must say - I wasn't disappointed. If you enjoy films like OLD SCHOOL and THE WEDDING CRASHERS, then you will love this!

The film begins at the end...four guys go to Las Vegas for a batchelor party and end up in the middle of the desert with the worst hangovers of their lives, no memory of anything that happened the previous night and worst of all, the groom is missing. The guys have less than twenty four hours to piece together what had happened and get the groom to the alter.

It is very far-fetched but so hilariously so that it doesn't matter. I don't think I have laughed so much for a whole hour and a half since I saw SUPERBAD, BORAT or even AMERICAN PIE - this film is just so funny.

Flawless 5 stars5
I can't recommened this movie enough.

If you have not seen it ,invite a few friends around get some beers and prepare yourself for a good night.

The story is simple 3 blokes wake up the day after the night before, they have lost the groom and can't remenber anything about the night before.

This could have been an average movie with some good and bad lines but gladly turned up into something sublime .Not only is interesting from the word go ,why is the dentist missing a tooth ? what is in the toilet room ? ,the 3 main actors are brilliant and credible and supporting cast are spot on , the broom being the dullest of all helps by getting lost at the beginning .

Without running anything I would say that the end credits are the best in the history.

Buy and enjoy.
