Equal superb bests - 21 ST CENTURY SOUND AND VISION5
Both the Svetlana Zackrova and the Alina Cogocaru versions of this ballet are great. Looking forward th the HD version and to Alina's rcovery from injury at Covent Garden. Get this DVD and if you want it in even higher definition remember it's always springtime when the Royal Ballet are on stage at Covent Garden. Watch out for Rojo's Romeo and Juliet coming out on Blu Ray and PLEASE let's see Ondine as well!! Royal Opera House please note. WE want more..... THE SOUND QUALITY ON BLU RAY IS AWESOME JUST LIKE SITTING IN THE FRONT ROW STALLS WHERE I WILL BE SITTING THIS MAY. YOU WILL NEED THE BEST SOUND SYSTEM WHEN THE INSTRUMENTS APPEAR RICH AND STAND OUT AS INDIVIDUALS. BLU RAY IS NOT JUST ABOUT PICTURE BUT SOUND AS WELL!

A truly enchanting evening !5
Cojocaru is absolutely fabulous and so is Kobborg as a dancer and as a partner ! A truly enchanting ROMANTIC EVENING !

The Best Way to view Ballet?5
It could be argued that High-Definition video, with top-notch ambient audio, is now by far the best way
to view Ballet or Concert Music footage (on a large plasma screen), now that a market has at last been
established for HD on DVD! No Internet Ticket Booking hassles, no coughing, hissing or booing audience
to compete with the performers -- just total bliss to get lost in.
This presentation of "Giselle" ticks all the boxes with respect to all these delectable possibilities.
Throughly recommended, for sheer unadulterated viewing and listening pleasure.
