Not the best mic stand..
This mic stand is really flimsy, I bought this about a year ago; and within 6 months of purchase it started to break. I've still got it now, but it's not really of any use, I only use it for when I'm using two microphones to mic up a guitar cab but it's really on its last legs.

The price of what this is, is far too expensive; a rip off in fact. You can find far better quality stands for a considerably cheaper price which'll last far longer than this!

What's more, when I received this mic stand in the post, it was so badly packaged, a part of the boom was, what seemed, jammed where it shouldn't have been just so it could be put in this particular box, risking damage to the product which I'd already been ripped off on.

Basically, this is an inefficient microphone stand which is too expensive for what it is. Search for something else!
