Excellent Value For Money
IF you are looking to start Music Production I advise you buy this,

I was using reason which is good however no VST applicable then i had the choice of , FL, Cu Base, Sonar but for money value i opted for FL.

After a few weeks of learning the window format and where everything is compared to using reason, simplicity is this, and the bonus is i can rewire reason to FL and use VST plug ins.

As i subscribe to Computer Music i felt i was missing out with various plug ins that were available in my hard drive but unable to use, FL studio is the key to open this world.

good stuff, just not enough of it...
I'm going to be simple here and get to the point:

1. very easy to get the hang of, takes 20 mins before you're going well on it
2. great quality samples
3. easy to create a song with simple song "layout" panel where you basically choose what samples go where
4. VERY VERY CHEAP! Compared to similar products, this is about £80 cheaper.

1. I created a nice dubstep wobble bass sound with the Toxic Biohazard plugin and all was well... until I attempted to save. It wouldn't allow me to save with that plugin. To buy it... £100. Unbelievable to be honest. So watch out that you don't create a great sound, only to find you can't have it.


Overall very good value with no quality sacrifice in my opinion but beware of the plugins that you get on the online sample but not in the product itself.

Fantastic Software
I am a music producer. I used to always use hardware but decided to purchase FL Studio 8 XXL.
This item is fantastic for the production of music. It is really simple aswell. It comes with a dvd containing thousands of samples so its everything you need if your thinking of creating music.
I would say that its designed for the creation of dance music but I have produced many other types of music on it eg. hip hop, metal, classical etc.
Expensive yes. But well worth the price. Fantastic buy!
