Faulty gauge
Bought this on the strength of the reviews on here after my Michelin version broke after two uses because the bit of plastic which opens the valve snapped off. This is almost as bad, it seems to inflate the tyres well enough but the gauge on mine is very inaccurate, no matter how much I inflate the tyre it doesn't seem to go above 30psi. On first use the gauge was reading 30psi and when I checked the tyre's pressure with another gauge it read 48psi. I now find myself having to estimate how much pressure has gone in and use my digital gauge to double check, which is far from ideal.

Strong and powerful
This recently won a match up of 20 footpumps in a car magazine and it was well deserved. Give plenty of air for each press and I bought it for under £10 before the price increase.

overall a sturdy little pump. bought for my caravan tyres which are inflated to 55 psi and it coped very well. as with all guages they should not be trusted, just like forecourt air lines.buy yourself a pocket sized preasure guage that you can take care of and keep out of harms way. over all a great buy
