Error in item description
This product (as bought from _the_wow_store_) does come with a UK 3-pin plug and not the US plug suggested by the image.

USB Power Adapter Review
I previously had a cheaper Belkin iPod Charger, which although did work as promised with my 2G Touch, actually blew up after 10 minutes. I consider myself lucky it didn't damage my new iPod. Anyway, I've had this product for a few months now and use it rarely, as I mainly use my Universal Dock. Foolishly I bought this, and then shortly after got the Composite AV Cable, which also includes this USB Power Adapter, so please think before purchase as the cable + power adapter bundle isn't that much more expensive than the adapter on it's own.

You also get a sync cable with this, which is identical to the one received with past iPods, I say this because the latest generations include a cable that is slightly smaller on the dock connector end. Highly recommended to charge your player without your PC though, charge times seems reduced.

Despite the image, I ordered directly from Amazon and received a 3 pin UK plug.

Does what it says on the tin!
This is a great product. Our family have a number of iPods, ranging from 2nd gen to 4th gen Nano and including a Shuffle. This will charge all of them so, for us, it was an essential purchase.

Initially I bought a much cheaper product from a well known auction site, but that didn't work at all. My advice; buy this! It might seem quite expensive but, as with most things Apple, it just works.
