provides a good introduction but little else
the photographs are the main reason to buy this slightly aged title, with some exciting shots of real thai fights. As an instructional text it has little value, with the issues being covered being far too elemntary for anyone other than a beginner.
A very good reference. Highly reccomended
A great book for all martial arts enthusiasts.
