I have read this book from cover to cover, and it is a complete modern book on the basics of Muay Thai. There is no other book at the moment that can be compared to this book. It even challenges 'the Bible' - Panya Kraitus book. Which has been the most reveared and read book by Thai Boxing enthusiast for the last 15 years.

This is a must buy!

Muay Thai: A Living Legacy
Good book. Lots of detail and plenty of good photos. Haven't been doing muay thai very long and wanted to learn the history behind it. Seems to go into as much detail as is possible. Obviously no book can compare with a good teacher when comes to the practical side of things (that's why it's 4 stars instead of 5) but thought this is worth a read. Slightly too large to carry around on a day to day basis but perfect for the home.
