only book that really resonated (so far anyway)
This book had and still has a really strong effect, as read in it a level of depth and understanding that all of us think isn't understood by other people ... this author really lives it, has vast experience, and relates the shamanic and sometimes very isolated path to a real sense of purpose and relevance in a whole new way here and now. He encourages a deeper tuning in to the body, and I found that I would read a section of the book until something resonated strongly (he provides exercises to do too) and then integrate that - in other words there was so much good learning and realisations happening as journeyed along with it, that had to not read it all at once .... which was hard to do! Very shamanic and organic. I'd recommend this to anyone; not often that you find a book that REALLY has something to say, and relates to those things you think can't be related to. Written very engagingly and a very fascinating read/manual to keep and reread.
