Laughable!2
You only need to listen to the opening line of one of their god-awful songs to realise what slant this reviewer will have on Scouting For Girls... "She's a strawberry milkshake"... I mean, come on!
You may be suprised to hear that I used to be a fan of Scouting for Girls. Hearing "She's so lovely" (or love-r-ly as the case may be) made for good listening when it was originally released on good old Radio 1.
Having friends who have posters of Scouting For Girls and Scouting For Girls embroidered handkerchiefs (okay, I may be exaggerating) however, soon turns a 16 year old sane lad... sour. I'm off to Madagascar in 2009, and fundraising by painting the school seemed a good idea, but the idea of pulling all of my fingernails out with tweezers whilst swimming in a bath full of sulphuric acid seemed a much more pleasent prospect than listening to another round of "Heartbeat". The rest may have been happily painting the walls but I found myself wishing that the wall was the lead singer's face, and my brush a newly re-charged chainsaw.
But enough about me. Why am I so against them? Listening to any artist for a long time, after all turns anybody crazy. But the lyrics are so repetative, the chords re-used like a grandad's teabag, the rhyming and accent ridiculous... it makes me want to jtjr98jret8tj43ij!###'d9edf!?
Example. "She's so lovely, she's so lovely, she's so lovely, she's so lovely, she's so lovely, she's so lovely, she's so lovely..."
"I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, how we'll make it through this, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, how we'll make it through this, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know...."
And the worst thing is, I bought this album because I was expecting variety. I feel ripped off. All of the songs sound so identical that I have paid full price for, essentially, one long, mundane track that didn't really deserve my money in the first place.
Avoid this album like Scouting for Girls avoid writing unique songs!

Why buy this album if you hate Scouting for Girls?!?!?5
Ok, so SfG's arent great. But if you like their released music then you will love this CD. If you arent really fussed with the music DONT BUY IT!!! Its that simple. Its simple, cheesy, chavy music in a way but its fun. Great fun to sing along to when your getting ready for a night out, when your drunk with your mates or in the car with the windows down and music screaming. Go for it if you are into a bit of fun! xXx

One of the best of 20075
I have listened to this album over and over many a time and it has not lost my interest at all, i love every single song. Each song is its own, not the same at all. If you liked the singles then this album is for you, there is only better to come. Buy this now!
