Tenor at the movies - Fantastic
I am a huge fan of Jonathan since the early days of G4. I brought this album, unsure of what the content may be and if Jonathan had put his own stamp on the songs and how glad i am that i brought this CD.

I love the duet with Hayley Westenra 'un giorno per noi' you can feel the romance in the room between them. It makes you feel the love in the room between our very own Romeo and Juliet. I would recommend anyone to go out an buy this CD

JEAN - LOVE JONATHAN, BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED
Whilst a big fan of Jonathan Ansell (having been to all of G4's tours, and bought all their CD's) I am extremely disappointed with the content of this CD.

The selection is dreary, repetitive, with no contrast between the tracks, all being the same tempo and style. The choice of music is non-descript, and there are no tracks which stand out. His voice is a good as ever, but he is let down by the choice of music. I have returned my CD for refund as I am unlikely to play it, although it would be a good choice for a insomniac as it is sure to send you to sleep within 10 minutes.

The Best Album that I have heard to date......
OH my goodness.... Didn't know what to expect - wasn't too sure if there would be some popera on there.... HOW WRONG I WAS!!!! This album just blew me away! The vocals, The arrangements.... well in fact the whole package!!!! The songs chosen were carefully thought out. I, in paticular, love Here's To the Heros from Dances With Wolves, Now We Are Free from Gladiator and My most Favourite at the Moment has to be Un Giorno Per Nol from Romeo and Juliet featuring Hayley Westenra - STUNNING!!!! If you get a chance you HAVE to listen to this album!!! And if YOU don't want to your Mum might so would make a PERFECT Mother's day present... My Mum is no longer with us so have been out today and bought this for my 2 sisters.....You know what? - THEY WILL LOVE IT!!! If I could rate this 11 out of 10 I would... I couldn't so 5 out of 5 had to do!! Congratulations Jonathan Ansell - YOUNGEST Tenor EVER to reach the Classical Charts No. 1 spot.......... Well Deserved!!!!
