A well deserved winner
Shayne is fabulous and without doubt his first single 'That's my Goal' is set for huge success. Not the strongest song in the world however not too much can be expected for a song that needed to be universal and suited to different voices. The two songs right here waiting, and if your not the one are also included and overall the single is brill.

Absolutely Cracking Song!!! The song is extremely catchy - I haven't been able to stop humming it since it came out. Supported Shayne in X Factor the whole way and think his voice is excellent, mainly because he has such a fantastic vocal range, hitting the high notes!

Excellent single and would recommend it to anyone.

a poor song from a decent potential singer
Well i've sat through quite a bit of the X Factor and Shayne has always looked like winning. Therefor it was no suprise when he came through.

He sung many different styles of songs very well, with his best efforts coming from such styles as Enrique and Justin Timberlake. he showed he had some good vocal talent as well as the looks and attitude to do well.

obviously they were always going to claim number 1 with whoever won but I think the big mistake they've made is in deciding on a song before they knew the winner. All semi finalists recorded the song, so they were trying to knock out a song that would suit journey south, brenda, Andy and Shayne. all very very different singers.

In any case I don't think the song would have suited any of the finalists. It is a dull song made up of all the elements that Louis has used to make westlife so successful. in fact it might as well have been them singing it. I think the Key change toward the end was what really make me vomit, I expect the big key change from these records but it was so westlife it was unbelievable.

If you liked Shayne in X Factor you might like this song but I think a lot of people will be dissapointed. really I urge you not to waste your money. wait for him to produce something better.
