Customer Reviews
small but comprehensive
Despite it's tiny size this dictionary is very comprehensive, I'm guessing it covers 10 000 plus words.
It's a dictionary that you can easily bring with you when traveling, it's small and lightweight.
It's also modern, some of the words you'll find include: software, quarantine, psychotherapy, NGO, monetary, kangaroo, jeans, groggy, fossil, e-zine, DNA test, custard...
The only thing missing from this dictionary is the extra symbol above the letter 'e' to show how the 'e' is supposed to be pronounced: as 'o' as in 'worth' or 'e' as in 'bed'. But few modern dictionaries seem to show this symbol.
