At last something that works
I first read about this product in a magazine. My eating was getting out of conrol - I just seemed to be hungry all the time and as a result the weight was creeping up. I thought as this was medically tested and shown to work I would give it a go.

After taking the first three tablets half an hour before breakfast I felt full. I could only manage one slice of toast and I felt stuffed. It was mid-afternoon before I even thought about food again - very unusual for me. As a result of wanting to eat less I lost 5 lbs in the first week alone. The weight loss has continued ever since.

The great thing about this product is eventually you can stop taking it. It sort of re-programmes your thinking about food if you like. Now even the thought of eating a lot/fatty foods doesn't appeal to me.

I highly recommend this product if you find your eating is out of control like mine was. It may be expensive but think of all the money you'll be saving by not buying all those snacks anymore.

Unlike other products, this one is completely natural, which is another plus.

Awful side effects
I found these tablets horrendous. I only managed to take them for 2 days, so I can't say whether they worked or not. They caused dreadful dehydration. I was constantly thirsty, and drinking gallons of fluid made no difference. My eyes were really dry and sore, and my skin felt like paper. I only started to feel better when it was time to take another tablet, then it would start all over again. I binned them on the second day, they made me feel so ropey.

seems to be working ....
for the first week i didn't feel much difference. i took 3 tablets with a glass of water before each meal i.e. breakfast lunch and dinner. but i just ate the same amount really, one day i think i was even hungrier than usual.

after about a week though, i noticed my appetite was reduced, and so through no major effort i have started to lose weight. i have of course, avoided indulging my sweet tooth, so that has probably helped. perhaps psychologically, it does affect your consciousness about how much you actually eat normally.

i have only been taking it for about 3 weeks, so will edit this review in a couple of months time to see if it really has worked overall. but so far, so good.

p.s. i did get "cramping" in my stomach a couple of times a week, quite painful, but passes very quickly, i think this is due to appesat but no other side effects.
