An excellent non-patronising guide to really living after work
I've read a fair few books on changing your life and frankly, they are often fairly patronising and concentrate on narrow areas that you've already sorted (like finance etc.) However this book offers some real practical ideas to get you moving and is, in my opinion a great present to give to someone coming up to retirement.

In a positive, non-americanised voice, the author describes some of the obvious, and not so obvious practical steps you can take to prevent yourself becoming old simply because you've retired.

The ideal gift for friends who've found their freedom, but haven't found worked out what to do with it yet!

Ifound this book to be very helpful as it does what it says it certainly brings back the fun out of retirement .A very helpful and informative book one I shall be able to refere to again and again.
