Great kit
Purchased this with a new Netgear router/firewall (DG834pn) as an upgrade to an old x.11b access point. Very good range and speed up to the full 108Mb/sec over the entire flat and beyond. Dead easy to set up with XP, simply install drivers then the card, run the wizard and it's up in under 5 mins. The only caution is that with the extended range reaching well out side most properties activating the WEP or WEP-PSK security encryption is a MUST.

Fantastic Reception
This adapter works very well.

I bought this to try out Netgear's so called MIMO technology.

It can detect many APs and I saw more APs in my neighbourhood than my built in Intel 2915 card.

So far, no connections have dropped and I am very happy with its performance.

Starts bad, turns out great!
Netgears own software causes the fabled BSOD if you use it. If you buy this product search the NetGear forum for links to a 3rd party driver.
Once thats installed the card is brilliant, i've had no issues with the card (a world apart from the trouble caused by the wireless router i bought).

I gave it 3 stars, but some less experienced computer users may want to find something a touch more "out of the box an go".
