Very Poor Software
I agree totally with David Mitchel. I have also run the main program on three different PC setups with no success. The program crashes all the time. I went through the automated online support which blames my PC and then eventually spoke to someone who offered me a refund only then to realise that I needed to speak to UK Tech support (not US, they didn't read my email). They then informed me that I was out of the 30 day refund period (the US one is 90 Days however).
Very dissapointed. I will not be buying another Sierra product.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Words of caution...it doesn't make your dreams come true
Whilst the basic elements of this product get you started there are some serious flaws to using it in a practical way. For example, after using the encyclopedia to find your plants you cannot either print our details (funtion does not work) or save your list (works in session only and is lost when you exit the programme). A lot more development is needed to make this product a complete package.

Complete Landesigner 5
I have experience major differculties in running the main programme in this set viz. Landesigner3d-6. The programme constantly crashes when searching for and selecting plants (which is of course fundamental to the programme). The 3d accelerator facility only works in 800x600 setting (despite the manual saying otherwise) and the manufacturer admits this. The manufacturer has unable to resolve these issues, blaming my computer, not the programme. I have attempted to run the programme on 3 different PC's without success.
