Outdated-but still fairly good reading
Jacques Vallee's Dimensions does not cut to the chase ! although it makes good reading it becomes tedious through the pages relating to the ancient astronaut theory hardly at all. but speaks of 15th and the 16th century sightings a mere UFO sighting here and one there, which were then apparent but hot news in the seventies,as for buffs and the like he draws the whole conclusion of alien interventions on this planet to bordem level and I found it frustrating.If I am to be honest...You could have a better UFO experience these days on your doorstep and a cam-corder rather than read this book !! There is more activity in our sky's today and on this planet earth than there has ever been ,in fact 2009 is the best year so far for such sightings and strange encounters ! Although the book was big news when published I still found the whole style of his dialogue outdated and not fresh .
