AMAZING
oh my god, if you havent seen this film there is somthing wrong with you. its the best christmas film ever. home alone is about kevin maclister being left home alone when his parents and family take a holiday to france. wont say much more dont want to spoil it for you but its one of my personal favourites. Home alone 2 is also amazing i know people say that sequals arent as good but in this cirmcumstance its just as good.

comeuppance for bad guys
I'd never seen this all the way through until recently with my 7 year old grand-daughter. It's a slow starter, it's got a plot, it's got a little happy/little sad family stuff - in short, fairly grown up, and she loved it. As did I, especially the climax which is real slap-stick, hit the bad guy stuff.

Haven't seen the sequel yet but am looking forward to it - as she is.

After this, try "Ferris Bueller ..." (same writer/director). One of my favourites, and she loved that one too.

Great for kids
I bought this for my 2 daughters age 5 and 3, they love it!
Idea, for children (and adults!), quality classic films!
