Excellent product
I brought this item to use on my bed at my sisters house as at my house I have an electric adjustable bed with the massage unit and use the massage unit when I have sickle cell pains, back pains or my legs are aching and tired.(sickle cell is an hereditory blood disorder sometime causing pains in the joints or any part of the body).

As im often down my sisters house I found that the one thing I missed most was my bed and the massage unit and so my sister invested in an adjustable bed for me, so I said to her I would change the mattress for one with the massage unit, but then I saw this full body massage mat and decided to buy one and try it out first and to my surprise it worked nearly as well as the built in unit in my bed at home and even had an added bonus because it also includes heat while massaging. The good thing is you have the option to have the heat on or off while massaging.

I was very pleased with the massage mat because it also works in individual areas just like my bed at home or you can set it for a full body massage and when massaging the lower back, to me it feels like when someone is massaging your back for you. I was so impressed it has saved me spending £200 on a massaging mattress because its nearly as powerful as my massager in my mattress at home and it has the individual settings as well plus because it is portable I can use take it anywhere with me.

The only thing different is that it does not switch itself off automatically like my bed, which I would not expect it to but my bed settings are 15mins or 30 mins so what I normally do with the massage mat is set my mobile phone to alarm at 15mins interval because it is not good to keep electrical items running too long otherwise you could make it overheat and it is suggested not to run the item more than i5mins at a time.

I love the item and think if you have arthritis or back pains I would suggest buying one it does make noise and has two levels of strength but I personally dont think its too noisey, since buying mine three more of my friends have brought one so thats all I need to say. PS if you are diabetic check with your gp before buying.

doesn't really do anything
This mat was really disappointing as it doesn't really do anything.
I can lie on it for 15 minutes and it doesn't help me at all.
Maybe I as expecting something different, but this vibrational massage is nothing for me.
