Helpful
For anyone who is starting up a therapy business from scratch and has no clue how to go about it, this book is a great help. Even though those you have trained with should have taught you much of the etiquette, ethics and hygiene matters.
At times repetitive and too much concerned with micro management, it still does what it says on the cover.
Annoying though are the faded photos - as if photocopied in the 70's and inserted later.
