I have to say, the chapter headings don't cover nearly half of what is discussed in the book.
I really enjoyed this book and gained a deeper knowledge of the use of stones, not only to massage my clients, but also to balance and ground them. A fascinating and informative read that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone interested in Stone Therapy.
An enjoyable universal introduction to this fascinating therapy!
Although this book is primarily aimed at practising Beauty Therapists; this book is still presented clearly enough for the home user to understand. Aspects of stone therapy from preparation for the treatment; treatment steps; to aftercare are given equal attention; with fascinating insights and anecdotes along the way. This book gives the user a basic general background to this popular Holistic therapy.
Lovely book
Nice book, I enjoyed the spiritual side of the Stones and it was incredibly informative and easy to read. If you're a real nerd there's exercises at the end of each chapter to complete, to really revise.
