bike arrived within three days of ordering.
assembled it seemed to be fine so got rid of box.
next day folded it to put in car and a pin in the quick release mechanism fell on the floor.
contacted moore large who are the bikes makers.there customer relations department they did not want to know.
amazon were very good offered to replace the bike staight away ,but ufortunetly i had destroyed the box. so beware any one purchasing this product
