Directions. One Pregnacare® tablet per day, plus one Omega-3 capsule per day. Swallow each with a glass of water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Pregnacare® tablets and capsules should only be taken on a full stomach. FOOD SUPPLEMENT. This product is not a substitute for a healthy balanced diet. Contains pharmaceutical grade fish oil. If you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), do not take the tablets except on the advice of a doctor. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful. Seek professional advice before using if you suffer from food allergies.

Amazon packaging not good enough!

The product itself is great no complaints.
Take it on a daily basis and you know baby is getting a helping hand at getting a good start in life.

I would however say don't buy it from Amazon as like a previous review I also experienced the problem with packaging. The box arrived crushed and the the foil that keeps the tablets and capsules in place ends up being broken and you end up with some of them arriving loose in the packaging.
You are lucky if the capsules haven't leaked every where.

Good complete vitamin
I do not know how absorbable these vitamins are, but I am satisfied with the product and plan on continuing them throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding. They are easily swallowable tablets that I have not had any reactions to. It's reassuring to know I am getting the vitamins and Omega 3 needed to support a healthy, growing baby (especially on the days when my nausea prevents me from eating much).

Standard amazon packaging not appropriate for this product
The packaging that the box came in was the standard folded over corrugated cardboard that amazon use that is perfect for books, dvds - anything that is thin. But in this case with an almost cubic box, it crushed the box and the contents, causing a couple of the omega3 capsules to burst and leak. For another ten of the tablets, the foil had been broken. The smell caused by the leaking tablets was disgusting and of course the tablets had to be thrown away. If you are going to purchase these tablets, get them in bulk so that amazon are forced to use a proper box to transport them in.

Product itself is excellent, although now I know what the marine oil capsules smell like it does make me wonder whether they should be swallowed!
